App Permission Settings

System admins can now customize app availability across projects by setting specific permissions for users or user groups. Define who has access to view or create milestones across all your Jira projects.

Customizable Date Field for Issue Mapping

System administrators can now customize the date field used for mapping issues to milestones, enhancing the flexibility and precision of project tracking. The default field is the due date, but admins can easily configure this setting either on global level in the system administration, or on project level on the new project settings page to align with their team's workflow preferences.

Project Dates in Project Settings

Project managers can now modify project start and end dates on a dedicated project settings page, enhancing the separation from pages accessible to all users. This update also paves the way for adding additional project-level settings in the future.

REST Endpoints for Project Milestones

REST API endpoints have been introduced for efficient and secure management of project milestones. Developers can now perform CRUD operations on milestones, streamlining project timeline management and enhancing data handling capabilities without compromising on security.
